This is a United States Specialty Sports Association, (USSSA), Sanctioned State Qualifier, qualifying teams to the USSSA State Tournament. Entry is open to all A, AA, AAA, and Major teams’ 8u-18u. Each team will receive 3 coach’s passes.

Tournament Format
The tournament format for this event will be 2 pool play games followed by a seeded championship bracket. Pools are seeded by USSSA Points. Championship brackets are based on results from all pool play games, not classification.

Schedules Published and Notifications
Schedules are posted at www.playusssa.org by Thursday 11:00AM the Week of the Tournament.

Please check the schedule for changes and especially during inclement weather.

Coaches and Spectators will be able to get live updates sent to your phone or email. In order to get the updates your information must be included with your roster on www.usssa.com You may also click on the Schedule Page and Choose Sign Up Scores

Itinerary
Pool Play begins Saturday at 9:00 AM.
Single Elimination Bracket Begins Sunday at 9:00 AM
Championship Games Sunday at 5:00 PM (TENTATIVE)

Games
The event will guarantee 4 games (weather permitting)
Most teams play 4 - 5 games each weekend

$15 Dollars More if Paid Online at http://www.usssa.com/

If your Team Drops out after 8:00 PM Tuesday the week of the event you are Charged a $500 Administrative Drop Fee.

Coaches we will do our best to honor your playing request. If we see any problems or a consistent pattern with your request you will be notified.
